About Us

Who We Are

WHAT: Founded in 2013, MASE is a nonprofit organization based in Fremont, CA. We host seasonal camps, usually around 3 days long, where we introduce local students to a diversity of STEM topics. In addition to this, we prepare a fun activity at the end of each day to help the students absorb the material. In the past, this has ranged from Kahoot games to folding origami.

WHO: Our team is a group of six high school students, all excited about STEM education. We invite in speakers from various high schools and colleges to teach at our camps, and our alumni network spans more than ten different universities from across the United States.

WHOM: This program is ideal for students 4th through 6th grade. Students commute to and from the library.

WHY: We strive to educate young students on interesting topics relating to math and science in order to introduce students to new topics at an earlier age. By teaching these subjects to them in a hands-on, interactive manner, we hope that our students have both an educational and enjoyable experience.
